Car Owner's Nightmare: Toyota Fairview Used Customer's Car for Driving Lessons

Eka Aix shared his horrific experience with Toyota Fairview in a video he shared in Dashcam Diaries Facebook page and the issue has since captured the interest of car owners and car enthusiasts. The video has a total of 6 million views as of posting.

The video shows how the Toyota Fortuner he entrusted to Toyota Fairview for repair of minimal damage was used for a driving lesson. He only got the answers through the dashcam record he has retrieved from his car. When he finally got his car back after 24 days (instead of the four days that was initially agreed on), he claims that there are even more damages to the car compared to the day he brought it for repair.

After bringing up the issue with Toyota, the latter allegedly sent him an e-mail containing various computations. It includes an option to buy back his car and loan offers with discounted prices so that he can buy a new car. The owner and the netizens aren't a bit pleased with how the management reacted to the issue.
